The heat exchangers with expensive material of construction are used to cool the acid. Absorption of Hcl or HBr to produce concentrated acid is accompanied by generation of large amount of heat.

We are a trusted manufacturer of a wide range of Static Mixers for liquid-liquid mixing wherever it is difficult by conventional operation. These find excellent use when homogeneous solutions of highly viscous liquids are required in the process. Further, these are also suitable for liquids with very low viscosity, poor solubility and for making emulsions. Our stainless steel, other exotic metals, PTFE and FRP are used for both mixing elements and the external housing depending on the process requirement.

TEG Contactors

We design a wide range of TEG contactor columns that comprises Triethylene Glycol dehydration systems (for hydrocarbon processing) with stringent process guarantees. The saturated gas is fed to the first column where lean Triethylene Glycol removes moisture to bring it to 10 ppm level using packed bed counter current operation. The column acts as an absorber using FenixTM structured packing for efficient moisture removal. The exit TEG, after absorbing moisture is regenerated using two columns- Stripper and Regenerator.

 

In the stripper, moisture is removed from TEG by heating, usually employing a reboiler. The moisture in TEG is further removed by recycling small quantity of dry gas generated in the first column. Moreover, we also offer other Internals for Oil & Gas sector to our clients.

Vane Pack Modules

The mist laden gas stream passes through the parallel vane plates and is forced to change direction several times. The mist droplets are separated by the subsequent centrifugal forces and are collected on the vane blades. This coalesced liquid film is then drained through slits or pockets to a liquid sump prior to drainage to the liquid compartment of the vessel. Size of mist droplets than we can separate = 10 µm or larger (under atmospheric pressure). Maximum pressure drop = 10 mbar
