These packing are available in conventional as well as customizes specifications and offer high utility and performance to the clients. These random packing and internals are widely preferred by various industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, refineries, dyes & intermediates, aromatic and other industries.

These random packing are available in polypropylene, ceramic, carbon steel, stainless steel and PVDF. Further, internals such as liquid distributors, multi beam supports, bed limiters and support grids are widely used for random packing applications. It is due to the high quality of our range that it can be ideally used for commercial applications in the range of 16 to 90 mm. The packing size is based on capacity, process requirements & efficiency and typically the lowest priced tower/column packing is ideal for temperature and corrosion requirements.

Fenix^TM has the strength to model and design high-efficiency internals for petrochemical  processing units such as Amine Contactors for removal of H2S and CO2. Fenix structured packing is used as column internal for these equipments. The basic design consideration is to estimate stripping gas required for hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide and the specified ppm level concentration of amine in the exit gas.

We offer a wide range of highly efficient fractionating trays made up of stainless steel that consist of vapor/liquid contacting decks and is ideally used in column size of up to 2.5 m diameter. These trays are available in specifications of SS 304, 316, 304L, 316L & 316Ti.

The bubble cap trays offered by us is made up of bell shaped caps that are fixed to cylindrical risers. The vapor passes through the tray deck and results in no weeping due to a wide turnaround range. We also offer sieve trays that have uniformly perforated plates having round holes.

We offer a wide range of valve trays that have perforated tray decks and are equipped with moveable discs or valves to change the open tray area with varying load. As vapor-liquid contacting devices, trays are less efficient as compared to structured packing and. However, these trays are used when a high number of stages for separation is not required by the system.
