Our Infrastructure

We possess a 10,000 square foot factory with state-of-the-art machinery and infrastructure that helps us in offering an efficient and low cost products and processes to our clients. It is located at Pune (India), 200 km from Mumbai and is well-connected by air, road and rail with the rest of the world. Our  in-house design unit, quality testing unit and trouble-shooting unit add to value of our services. The in-house design unit is backed by CAD/CAM facilities and supported by licensed design packages enabling us the capability of providing products entirely to our clients' specifications and requirements.

Manufacturing Facility

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is established in a 10,000 sq.ft. area at Pune, 200 kms away from Mumbai. It is fully equipped to produce a variety of structured & random packings, distillation columns/towers, all types of column internals, bubble caps & trays, static & other mixers, heat exchangers, reactors and many other equipment. Highly sophisticated machines for bending, crimping, shearing etc. are routinely used. Equipped with production line for structured packing, welding shop and pickling plant, the manufacturing unit is completely self-reliant for Fenix products. Qualified and trained operators, welders and other technicians are responsible to maintain international standards and stringent quality specified by our esteemed clients.
We are capable of carrying out fabrication from various MOCs like Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Copper, Duplex steels and Titanium. For mixers, apart from metals, PTFE and FRP are also used.
Maintaining safety standard and cleanliness is of prime importance in our manufacturing unit.

Testing Facility

Testing Facility

We are in the process of setting up our own in-house testing facility for all raw materials. Meanwhile we accept raw materials which are mandatorily certified by qualified and accredited companies/analysts - a copy of test certificate with each item of raw material is basic requirement without which no raw material is accepted by us.

Our modern and unique facility for testing distributors for distillation columns ensures efficient functioning of our packings and columns.

Nucon Gas Chromatograph System: - Nucon Gas 5765 Model with following specification
  • Column Oven
    • Double walled SS oven with low thermal mass, high grade insulation, special blower to ensure gradient free temperature from ambient to 450 0C
    • Oven capacity more than 14 liters enough to accommodate more than two columns
    • Oven temperature programming from ambient to 450 0C in steps of 0.1 -29.9 0C
    • Oven cooling rate from 350 0C to 80 0C in less than 6 min
  • Pneumatic System
    • Digital mass flow controller (DFMC) pneumatic control for carrier gas
    • Special SS fixed flow restrictor for hydrogen and air supply to FID to ensure optimum performance
  • Injection Ports
    • Injectors complete with heating blocks from temperature range from ambient to 450 0C
    • Split/spiltless injector with flow controller
  • Columns
    • Capillary column suitable for analysis of non-polar compounds
    • Packed column suitable for analysis of polar compounds
  • Flame ionization detector ((FID)
    • Dual FID with heating block from temperature range ambient to 450 0C
    • Special design to accommodate any GC column with almost no dead time
    • Minimum detection level : 1 ppm of methane
    • Linearity: More than107
    • Noise: Less than 10µV
  • Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD)
    • Four filament for high sensitivity
    • Inbuilt provision to connect columns in series within TCD as well with other detector to work independently
    • TCD current :0-300 mA
    • TCD temperature:0 – 450 0C
    • Polarity: Both +/-
    • Minimum detection level: 50 ppm of H2
  • Application Software
    • Real time collection and processing of data
    • Snap shot features during real time analysis of current channel
    • Direct conversion of data files to pdf and xls format
    • All features of standard integrating software for qualitative as well as quantitative analysis

Design Facility

We are engaged in availing in-house design facilities for our esteemed clients. Qualified engineers and hard core professionals having a cumulative experience of more than thirty years in the areas of process design and manufacturing industries guide our team of design engineers towards efficient and cost-effective design.
After the preliminary design we discuss with the client and get his approval --- this methodology help us meet the complete needs of the client and leaves no room for any complaint.
We routinely use sophisticated software packages 'TZValve', 'Designers' Desktop' and 'AspenPlus'- the most widely used process design and simulation package. In-house AutoCad facility generates excellent drawings and any modification and correction suggested by esteemed clients are incorporated within minutes.
